MISSION


To deliver value to the  Natural Gas and LNG Industries by enhancing the safety and reliability of its gas and LNG systems via human resource development.

  • SAFETY AND RELIABILITY


Having worked in the Gas/LNG Industry for nearly 50 years, our primary value added is to enhance the safety and reliability of natural gas and LNG systems. This requires right designs, updated procedures, a timely Management of Change process, use of best practices, correct operation and maintenance, a fully trained, competent and culturally aligned workforce.


  • ETHICAL CONDUCT 


This includes taking on only those projects that we believe, our team is fully qualified to deliver high value to our client. This also includes determining findings and providing testimony based on data and facts and opining only when based on logic and the applications of the laws of Physics.

 

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE


This includes fully assessing the client’s needs to assure the effectiveness of our mutually agreed upon methodology used during the project. Through, continuous updates with the client, desired goals are met. Client satisfaction is of a higher importance than compensation and must be aligned with our values of Safety and Reliability, and Ethical Conduct.

   

  • DEVELOP A CONTINUOUS LEARNING PROCESS MINDSET 


A continuing learning process mindset is one that learns from mistakes and near-misses and documents such data to include it in the “living” training program. This continuous learning mindset includes learning from outside your immediate company, proactively learning in fields outside your specialty, and being innovative and proactive.


  • DEVELOP CULTURES THAT ARE ALIGNED WITH THOSE OF THE CLIENTS


Due to the recent introduction of LNG export facilities, many of today’s gas and LNG facilities are competing for the limited number of existing experienced technicians while also taking on new less experienced hires. Often these hires are from a global market. Technical training needs to be performed along with company culture development to assure that the application of procedures and best practices are consistent and in line with the client’s core values and culture.

Train all Gas and LNG human resources to make natural gas and LNG the preferred energy source due to its safety and reliability record.
